Our Story
Ella’s Homecare service is a leading provider of exceptional live-in care services across the United Kingdom and specialist in hourly & nightly care services exclusively in London. Our professional, family-run business flourishes on the vision of our founder Gresa Turjaku: ”people deserve dignified care at home”.
This vision became the driving force behind my deeply personal journey, my beloved grandmother, a woman who had always been full of life, was suddenly struck by health issues that led to significant challenges. During this time, she unfortunately did not receive the level of care she deserved, and her experience with inadequate carers only added to her difficulties.
This experience fuelled my passion for helping others, and I knew I had to create a service that focuses not only on healthcare but also on the well-being of the person as a whole. Our mission is to ensure that people, especially the elderly and vulnerable, receive the care they truly deserve, where they feel valued, respected, and cared for—at home.
Our company is built on the belief that everyone deserves to live their life to the fullest, no matter what health challenges they face. It’s not just about providing a service; it’s about making a difference in people’s lives—just like I wish I could have done for my grandma.

Our carers are dedicated, professional, and compassionate, providing top-quality support for both nightly and hourly care service. For nightly care, they ensure clients feel safe and comfortable, offering assistance with medication, mobility, and companionship. In hourly care, our carers help with daily tasks like meal prep and personal care, always dedicated to giving the client the best possible care. Hourly starts from £18.50ph depending on level of care needed.
Live-in Care
Ella’s Homecare service offers exceptional live-in carers. Providing personalised support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Whether you need assistance with daily tasks, companionship, or specialized care like dementia support, their dedicated caregivers ensure comfort, safety, and peace of mind around the clock. Live-in care starts from £1,200.00 depending level of care needed.
