Meet Peggy — Field Care Supervisor 

Hello, my name is Peggy, and I’m proud to serve as a Field Care Supervisor at Ella’s Homecare. I’ve been part of the team for some time now, and I can truly say that I find this work deeply fulfilling. Supporting people in their own homes and helping to maintain their independence is something I’m genuinely passionate about.

In my role, I spend much of my time in the field—visiting clients, overseeing care delivery, and supporting our dedicated team of carers. I ensure that care plans are being followed appropriately, assist new staff as they settle in, and act as a consistent point of contact for both our clients and our care team.

What sets this role apart for me is the opportunity to build real relationships—with clients and carers alike. I take the time to understand each client’s routine, preferences, and personal history. It’s often the small, thoughtful touches that make the biggest difference to someone’s wellbeing, and I strive to make sure those aren’t missed.

Supporting our carers is equally important to me. They do exceptional work, and I’m here to offer guidance, resolve concerns, and ensure they feel confident and supported in their roles. At Ella’s, we believe in looking after one another, and that starts with a strong, united team.

Gresa — Director

Gresa is the Founder and Director of Ella’s Homecare, with extensive experience in care management and a Master’s degree in Health Care Management. Her passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care stems from her experience supporting her grandmother. Gresa is deeply committed to raising care standards and leads both the company and its training academy with empathy,.

Luli — CEO

Luli brings many years of experience in the care sector and a strong passion for making a difference. He has held senior roles with large care providers, where he developed his expertise in operational management and service delivery. Now part of the Ella’s Homecare team, Luli enjoys being in a more personal, values-driven environment where he can truly focus on quality care and building meaningful relationships with clients.

Chris — Accountant 

Chris has a strong background in corporate accounting, with many years of experience managing financial operations for large organisations. Now part of the team at Ella’s Homecare, he finds real purpose in using his expertise to support a service that makes a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Chris is passionate about ensuring financial stability and growth while staying aligned with the company’s mission of compassionate care. Chris is always eager to help.

Justyna — Care Manager 

Justyna holds a  Bachelor’s degree in Health and Social Care Management and brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her role as Deputy Care Manager. She began her journey at Ella’s Homecare couple years ago and has played a key role in the company’s growth and development. With in-depth knowledge of CQC standards and a passion for delivering compassionate, person-centred care, Justyna thrives in her leadership role, supporting both clients and carers to ensure the highest quality of service.

Peggy — Field Care Supervisor 

With many years of experience in the home care sector, Peggy has a bachelor degree in nursing and  has become an expert in providing exceptional patient care. As a Field Care Supervisor, she ensures that the care delivered to clients meets the highest standards. Peggy thrives on meeting new clients each day, building strong, trusting relationships, and overseeing the team to ensure everything runs smoothly. Her dedication, hard work, and compassionate approach make her an invaluable part of the Ella’s Homecare team.

Mae — Field Care Supervisor 

Mae brings many years of valuable care experience, having started her career as a live-in carer. Her hands-on experience has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of client needs and the importance of compassionate care. Now thriving in her role as Field Care Supervisor, Mae oversees care delivery with dedication and expertise, ensuring the highest standards are maintained while supporting both clients and the care team.
